The sculpture is a five meter high radiobeacon emitting an omni-directional pulsing signal towards the universe. The signal consists of a chaotic signal genarated using a one megavolt Van de Graaff generator.)   overview of all works of art in the group 'Aquatron' (Radio beacon transmitting a signal into the universe. Aquatron, The Aquatron is an instrument that draws electrons from the surrounding pond. The generated electricity finds in a chaotic manner paths through the installation. These paths are monitored and fabricated into a pulsing signal that is broadcasted in the Ghz band. The signal is targeted towards nearby stars which I believe to be surrounded by planets inhabitable by.. who knows what.
